If you have mistakenly linked your Xbox account to the wrong Square Enix account for FINAL FANTASY XIV, please use this form to request assistance.

Note: Please be prepared to upload official documentation (e.g. driver license, passport, etc.) as this will be needed for us to verify your new information.
Terms
- Assistance can only be offered to those experiencing one of the following issues. We are unable to provide assistance for any reasons other than the ones listed below:
- You linked your Xbox account to the wrong Square Enix Account.
- The service account to which the game was mistakenly registered will be permanently disabled during this process.
- While you can normally have up to eight service accounts on a Square Enix Account, once the service account in question is permanently disabled, you will no longer be able to use it.
- NOTE: If you have registered a game license for another platform to the service account in question, we will only remove the Xbox Series X|S license rather than disabling the entire service account. However, by doing so, please note this service account will still be inaccessible for up to a week.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid for on the Square Enix Account on which the game was mistakenly registered. We are also unable to transfer the subscription status from one account to another and you will be required to set up your subscription again once the process is complete.
- NOTE: Any remaining FFXIV Coins you have on your Square Enix account will still be available for use on that Square Enix account.
- This service is offered only once per customer. We will be unable to provide assistance for any requests that are submitted after the initial service.
- This service can take up to two weeks to process.
- Please note that this is an optional service, and we may deny any request depending on the status of the Square Enix Account. If your request is denied, a response will be sent to the email address you enter on the form below.
