STAR COMPANION SCREENSHOT SWEEPSTAKES (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada.

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Theme: Take a screenshot together with your trusty chocobo companion that showcases you both enjoying the Starlight Celebration!

E. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) and Friday, January 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) (the “Entry Period”).

F. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Step One:

• Take between 1-4 screenshots showing your Final Fantasy XIV character alongside your chocobo companion enjoying the Starlight Celebration.

The entrant may submit up to four (4) screenshots, but only one (1) screenshot is required for entry completion (the “Entry”).

Step Two:

• Submit your Entry by first following @FF_XIV_EN on Twitter, and then posting your Entry on your Twitter account (Twitter accounts are available for free) and by including the following in the Twitter posting:

• Your Entry. Any and all screenshots must be within the same Twitter post
• A link to your character profile on the Lodestone
• An “@” mention to @FF_XIV_EN
• You must include the hashtags #FFXIV and #Starlight19Sweepstakes
• Your selection from one (1) of the available prizes below, stated in the Entry Tweet:

• Scarf of Wondrous Wit
• Ahriman Choker
• Mandragora Choker
• Bluebird Earring
• Noble Barding
• Gaelicap

• Comment (optional)
• You must not include any additional personal information in your Entry.

Additional Entry Limitations:

• One (1) Entry per person. If multiple Entries submitted by the same entrant are posted, only the first Entry submitted will be considered.
• Must possess a valid North American Square Enix Account to be eligible to enter the Promotion.
• Please be sure to include a link to the Lodestone profile of your character only. If an incorrect link was provided at the time of submission, your Entry will be invalidated, and we will not be able to revise the prize distribution. Log into The Lodestone and visit your character profile to copy the URL.

G. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select One Hundred (100) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all eligible entries.

Winners shall be selected on or around January 20 at 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) at 999 N. Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo, CA 90245.

H. Prize(s): Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prizes of their choosing:

• One (1) Ahriman Choker (an in-game Final Fantasy XIV item with no monetary value)

I. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about January 20, 2020 via email and/or in-game via the Moogle Mail.

A few screenshot entry winners may be showcased via the Official FINAL FANTASY XIV Twitter account (@FF_XIV_EN) on or around Monday, January 20, 2020.

A collection of the 100 eligible winning entries may be posted to the FINAL FANTASY XIV Facebook page on or around Monday, January 20, 2020.

J. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

C. Limite d’âge : La présente promotion s’adresse exclusivement aux personnes âgées de 13 ans et plus à la date et à l’heure de la participation.

D. Thème : Faites une capture d’écran en compagnie de votre fidèle chocobo alors que vous célébrez ensemble la fête des étoiles !

E. Période de participation : Vous pouvez participer à la promotion uniquement du mercredi 18 décembre 2019 à 12h01. (heure du Pacifique) au vendredi 3 janvier 2020 à 19h. (heure du Pacifique) (la « période de participation »).

F. Procédure de participation et limitations : Afin de participer à la Promotion, vous devez réaliser les étapes ci-dessous durant la période de participation :

Étape 1 :

• Prendre entre 1 et 4 captures d’écran montrant votre personnage de Final Fantasy XIV avec son compagnon chocobo alors qu’ils profitent de la fête des étoiles.

Chaque participant peut soumettre jusqu’à quatre (4) captures d’écran, mais une (1) seule capture d’écran est nécessaire pour valider la participation. (« la Participation »)

Étape 2 :

• Soumettez votre Participation tout d’abord en suivant @FF_XIV_EN sur Twitter, puis en postant votre Participation sur votre compte Twitter (comptes Twitter disponibles gratuitement) et en ajoutant les points suivants à votre post sur Twitter :

• Participation. Toutes et chacune de vos captures d’écran doivent être contenue(s) dans le même post Twitter.
• Un lien vers le profil de votre personnage sur The Lodestone
• Une mention “@” de @FF_XIV_EN
• Vous devez inclure les hashtags #FFXIV et #Starlight19Sweepstakes
• Votre choix d’un (1) des prix listés ci-dessous, cité dans votre post Twitter de Participation :

• Foulard de la sagacité notoire
• Ras de cou ahriman
• Ras de cou mandragore

• Vous ne devez pas inclure d’informations personnelles à votre Participation.

Limitations de Participation supplémentaires :

• Une (1) Participation par personne. En cas de multiples Participations par le même participant, seule la première participation sera prise en compte.
• Un compte Square Enix Amérique du nord valide est requis pour être éligible à participer à la Promotion.
• Assurez-vous d’inclure un lien pour le profil de votre personnage uniquement sur The Lodestone. G. Sélection des gagnants : Le commanditaire, ou la personne désignée par le commanditaire, sélectionnera cent (100) gagnants parmi toutes les Participations grâce à la méthode suivante :

Le commanditaire sélectionnera les gagnants par tirage au sort parmi les Participations éligibles.

Les gagnants seront choisis le ou autour du 20 janvier à 18h. (heure du Pacifique) à 999 N. Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo, CA 90245.

Quelques captures d’écran parmi les gagnants seront présentées sur le compte Twitter officiel de FINAL FANTASY XIV(@FF_XIV_EN) le ou autour du lundi 20 janvier 2020.

Les 100 Participations éligibles gagnantes pourront être postés sur la page Facebook officielle de FINAL FANTASY XIV le ou autour du lundi 20 janvier 2020.

J. Commanditaire : Le commanditaire de la Promotion est Square Enix, Inc.

En participant à la Promotion, vous acceptez d’être lié et de respecter le présent Règlement initialet le Règlement complémentaire applicable à votre lieu de résidence légale, et vous déclarez satisfaire à toutes les exigences d’admissibilité pour participer à la promotion.
