Security Token Removal - Terms of Service

Removing the security token will temporarily lower your account's security. SQUARE ENIX Inc. will not be responsible for any damages that occur if your account is compromised during this time.
It may take a few days up to a week for the Support Center to process your request.
If we are unable to verify your identity with the provided details, we will ask you to submit copies of your official documents.

[Software token users]

If you wish to continue using a software token after it is removed, please reinstall the app and link it to your account again.

[Physical security token users]

If you had lost your physical security token and it is found after the removal has been completed, it will no longer be usable. If you wish to continue using a security token on your account, you will have to repurchase it or use a software token instead.
