A GLAMOUROUS GUISE SCREENSHOT CONTEST (THE “PROMOTION”) OFFICIAL RULES

KEY RULES

A. Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada

C. Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 13 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

D. Theme: Dress your in-game character up in an outfit or costume that celebrates the All Saints’ Wake seasonal event!

E. Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between Monday, October 21, 2019 at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) and Friday, November 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) (the “Entry Period”).

F. Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Step One:

• Take between 1-4 screenshots showing your Final Fantasy XIV character in an outfit you created following the theme set forth in the contest.
• The entrant may submit up to four (4) screenshots, but only one (1) screenshot is required for entry completion (the “Entry”).
• Entries may not feature multiple in-game characters.
• The entrants' screenshot(s) may only utilize in-game assets provided within FINAL FANTASY XIV.
• Entrants may not alter, change, or make edits once the Entry is submitted.

Step Two:

• Submit your Entry by first following @FF_XIV_EN on Twitter, and then posting your Entry on your Twitter account (Twitter accounts are available for free) and by including the following in the Twitter posting:
  • Your Entry. Any and all screenshots must be within the same Twitter post
  • A link to your character profile on the Lodestone
  • An “@” mention to @FF_XIV_EN
  • You must include the hashtags #FFXIV, #ASW2019Contest
  • Your selection from one (1) of the available prizes below, stated in the Entry Tweet:
    • Scarf of Wondrous Wit
    • Ahriman Choker
    • Mandragora Choker
    • Bluebird Earring
    • Noble Barding
    • Gaelicap
  • Comment (optional)
  • You must not include any additional personal information in your Entry.

Additional Entry Limitations:

• One (1) Entry per person. If multiple Entries submitted by the same entrant are posted, only the first Entry submitted will be considered.
• Only (1) character per screenshot. Screenshots cannot include multiple characters.
• Please be sure to include a link to the Lodestone profile of your character only. If an incorrect link was provided at the time of submission, your Entry will be invalidated, and we will not be able to revise the prize distribution.
  • Log into The Lodestone and visit your character profile to copy the URL.

G. Winner Selection: The Sponsor (listed below), or Sponsor’s designee, shall select One Hundred (100) winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

The Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee will judge the Entries based on a) Originality of the entrant’s costume; and b) Overall creative use of equipment and dyes to follow the theme.

H. Prize(s):
Each winner shall receive one (1) of the following prizes of their choosing:

• One (1) Ahriman Choker (an in-game Final Fantasy XIV item with no monetary value)
• One (1) Mandragora Choker (an in-game Final Fantasy XIV item with no monetary value)
• One (1) Bluebird Earring (an in-game Final Fantasy XIV item with no monetary value)
• One (1) Scarf of Wondrous Wit (an in-game Final Fantasy XIV item with no monetary value)

Sponsor will deliver the selected prize to winner(s) by or about November 15, 2019.

I. Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about November 15, 2019 via email and/or in-game via the Moogle Mail.

A few outstanding screenshot entries depicting an excellent glamour costume may be showcased via the Official FINAL FANTASY XIV Twitter account (@FF_XIV_EN) on or around Wednesday, November 15, 2019.

A collection of the 100 eligible winning entries may be posted to the FINAL FANTASY XIV Facebook page on or around Wednesday, November 15, 2019.

J. Sponsor: The sponsor of this Promotion is Square Enix, Inc.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.

E. Période de participation: Vous pouvez participer à la Promotion uniquement du lundi 21 octobre 2019 à 00 h 01 (heure du pacifique) au vendredi 1er novembre 2019 à 19 h 00 (heure du pacifique) (la « Période de participation »).

F. Procédure de participation et Limitations: Afin de participer à la Promotion, vous devez réaliser les étapes ci-dessous durant la Période de participation :

Étape 1:

• Prendre entre 1-4 captures d’écran montrant votre personnage de FINAL FANTASY XIV dans un costume que vous avez créé en accordance avec le thème du concours.
• Les participants peuvent envoyer jusqu’à quatre (4) captures d’écran, mais seule une (1) capture d’écran est nécessaire pour une participation complète (la « Participation »).
• La Participation ne doit pas contenir plusieurs personnages du jeu.
• La/Les capture(s) d’écran des FINAL FANTASY XIV.
• Les participants ne peuvent pas altérer, changer ou modifier leur Participation une fois celle-ci envoyée.

Étape 2:

• Enregistrez votre Participation en suivant d’abord @FF_XIV_EN sur Twitter, puis en publiant votre Participation sur votre compte Twitter (les comptes Twitter sont disponibles gratuitement) et en incluant les informations suivantes dans votre publication sur Twitter :
  • Votre Participation. Toutes les captures d’écrans doivent être comprises dans la même publication sur Twitter.
  • Un lien vers le profil de votre personnage sur The Lodestone.
  • Une mention « @ » pour @FF_XIV_EN.

G. Sélection du gagnant: Le Sponsor (énuméré ci-dessous), ou la personne désignée par le Sponsor, sélectionne cent (100) gagnants parmi toutes les participations en utilisant la méthode ci-dessous :

Le Sponsor ou la personne désignée par le Sponsor jugera les Participations selon a) l’originalité du costume du participant ; et b) la créativité globale démontrée dans l’utilisation de l’équipement et des teintures afin de respecter le thème.
